Payout Due Dates

See the expected payout date of each sale, find late payouts, mark payouts as received, and get one summary each day when a payout is late.

RestocksAIO calculates an expected payout date for each sale. The date follows a rule for each site. When a payout is late, the sale shows as late, and RestocksAIO tells you one time each day.

Payout due dates are in the macOS app and the new Windows app. They work in both views of the Sales tab: Account Sales and Inventory Sales.

Payout states

StateShows asWhat it means
PendingExpected dd/MMThe expected date is in the future.
DueDue dd/MMThe expected date has passed. The payout is in the grace days.
LateLate dd/MMThe grace days have passed, and the payout is not marked as received.
ReceivedReceived dd/MMYou marked the payout as received, or a store reported the payout.

For eBay and Shopify, RestocksAIO reads the payouts from the store. A paid sale then shows as received by itself.

A refunded sale without a received payout has no payout state.

Show the Payout Due column

The Payout Due column is optional. Turn it on in the column list of the Sales grid. Move the pointer over a cell to see the rule of the site and the expected date.

Find late payouts

  1. Open Sales.
  2. Click More.
  3. Under Payouts, click Late Payouts.

The grid shows only the late payouts. Click Late Payouts again, or click Clear, to show every sale.

Mark a payout as received

  1. Tick the sales. If you tick none, RestocksAIO uses the selected row.
  2. Click More.
  3. Under Payouts, click Mark Payout Received.

RestocksAIO saves the change at once. Mark Payout Not Received undoes the mark. For an eBay or Shopify sale, RestocksAIO then reads the payout from the store again.

Late payout alert

RestocksAIO checks the payouts every 30 minutes while the app runs. When one or more payouts are late, it shows one summary each day. The summary also goes to the Notifications log. Example:

"3 payout(s) are late: StockX 2, Alias 1. Sales → More → Late Payouts shows them."

When no payout is late, RestocksAIO shows no summary.

Set the payout rules

  1. Open Settings → Bricker Mode.
  2. Scroll to Payouts.

Each site has one rule: a trigger and a number of days.

TriggerThe clock starts
After the saleon the sale date.
After shipmenton the sale date plus the days from sale to shipment.
After delivery or verificationon the sale date plus the days from sale to shipment and the days from shipment to delivery.

RestocksAIO does not record the shipment date or the delivery date. For this reason, it uses the two estimates below.

FieldDefaultWhat it does
Days from sale to shipment (estimate)2The days that RestocksAIO adds for the shipment.
Days from shipment to delivery (estimate)3The days that RestocksAIO adds for the delivery or verification.
Days due before late3The grace days after the expected date.

Every default rule is an estimate. The marketplaces did not confirm them. A rule that shows days · estimate is still the default. Change each rule to the delay that you see on your own payouts.

Reset sites to estimates puts every site back to its default rule.
