Phone App (iPhone and Android)

The RestocksAIO phone app is a companion to the RestocksAIO desktop app. Your desktop does the work. The phone shows the data of your desktop and sends your actions to it.

Install the app

The app is in English and Spanish. To change the language, go to Account → Preferences & privacy → Language.

Sign in

Sign in with the same account that you use on restock.gg. The sign-in page opens on restock.gg in a secure browser sheet.

If you use Continue with Apple, your Apple ID email must be the email of your RestocksAIO account. If it is not, the app shows "No RestocksAIO account uses this Apple ID's email". Then sign in with Discord, Google or email.

Choose the desktop

The phone works with one desktop at a time. Scans, inventory, listings, tasks, labels and pickups go through RestocksAIO on that computer.

1. Open RestocksAIO on your computer and sign in with the same account.
2. On the phone, tap Choose a desktop on Home.
3. Find your computer in the list. A connected desktop shows its version and "connected".
4. Tap the desktop, then tap Use {desktop}.

To change the desktop later, tap the desktop row on Home. Scans that you already sent stay on the old desktop.

The screens

The app has five tabs: Home, Inventory, Scan, Sales and Tools. Tap your avatar at the top to open Account. Tap the bell to open Activity.

Home and Sales

Home shows:

• Sales · last 7 days: the payout and the number of sales for each currency.
• The desktop that you chose.
• Weekly recap.
• Shortcuts to Scan, Compare, Labels, Pickups and Tasks.
• Recent sales. Tap See all to open the Sales tab.

The Sales tab shows your sales history. Use the search field to find a sale by name, SKU or order. The app shows each amount in the currency of the sale. It never converts amounts and never adds two currencies together.

Weekly recap

Weekly recap shows the sales of one week per currency, Sales per day, and the marketplace with the most sales.

1. Tap Create share graphic.
2. Optional: turn on Hide amounts or Hide profile name.
3. Tap Share… to share the graphic from your phone.

Post to community posts the graphic to the RestocksAIO community feed. A public post never shows amounts, your profile name or your referral link. You can post one time per week.

Activity

Activity lists the events of the last 14 days. Use the filters All, Sales, Scans and Desktop. Tap Mark read to clear the unread count on the bell.

Notifications and lock-screen privacy

1. Go to Account → Preferences & privacy.
2. Tap Turn on notifications, then allow notifications on the phone.
3. Under Notify me about, choose Sales, Scan and action results and Needs attention.
4. Tap Send a test notification to check that this phone gets notifications.

A sale notification shows the payout, the marketplace, the product and the size. Hide details on lock screen is on by default. Then the lock screen shows only "New sale recorded".

If notifications are off in the phone settings, the Activity list still gets every event.

Scan to desktop

Use the Scan tab to send box barcodes to the Item Addition window of your desktop.

1. Tap Scan a box barcode and point the camera at the barcode on the box label. The phone decodes the barcode. It does not upload camera images.
2. If the camera does not read the barcode, type it under Or type it and tap Look up barcode.
3. On Review item, check the size. The size comes from the barcode. Tap Use a different size only if the box label is wrong.
4. Set the Quantity and tap Add to queue.
5. Open the Intake queue and tap Send to {desktop}.
6. Check the rows and the pairs, then tap Send 1 row (or Send N rows).

A received row shows "In the desktop barcode buffer". The pairs are not in your inventory yet. On the desktop, go to Item Addition → Barcode Scanning → Confirm.

If a row shows "Outcome unknown" or "Still being sent", tap Check status. A second send uses the same scan id, so the desktop never adds the pairs two times.

Inventory and Listings

The Inventory tab has two parts:

• Inventory: the pairs that your desktop has loaded, with SKU, size, location, condition and cost. Search by name, SKU or location.
• Listings: your listings, each with its marketplace and its price. The mark Lowest ask or Above lowest shows how your price compares with the lowest ask. Search by name, SKU or marketplace.

The phone shows the data that the desktop loaded last. If the list is empty, open Listings on the desktop one time.

Change a listing price

1. Open a listing and tap Change price.
2. Type the new price and tap Set price.

Your desktop sets the price on the marketplace. If the price on the marketplace changed after the screen loaded, the desktop changes nothing.

Tools

Tasks

Tasks shows your Bricker Mode controllers as Running, Stopped or Starting. Open a controller to see each site task with its ask and its payout bounds.

• Tap Stop tasks or Start tasks. The app asks you to confirm.
• Tap a site task to change its Lowest payout and Max payout. Then tap Save bounds. The desktop uses the new bounds from its next price check.

When you stop tasks, your listings stay live on the marketplaces. Bricker Mode is in Premium.

Compare

Compare shows the prices and the payout for one product on each marketplace.

1. Search by name or SKU, or scan the barcode.
2. Compare lists each size with its best marketplace and the estimated payout.
3. Tap a size to see each marketplace with its ask, bid, sales per month and payout.

The comparison runs live on your desktop with its accounts and fee settings. It does not convert currencies. Each comparison counts toward an hourly limit.

Labels

Labels lists the orders that your desktop loaded, with the ship-by date, the carrier and the order number. Use the search and the marketplace and status filters.

Tap an order that shows Label ready to print or share the label. The phone opens issued StockX and Alias labels. If the list is empty, open the Labels window on the desktop to load the orders. See Generate Labels.

Sales to confirm

Sales to confirm shows the sales that wait for your answer on your marketplaces.

• Tap Confirm sale to accept a sale. Then ship the pair as the marketplace asks.
• Tap Decline sale to decline a sale. The marketplace cancels the order of the buyer. You cannot undo this from the phone.
• Tap Reload from marketplaces to check all marketplace accounts on the desktop again.

Pickups

Pickups books a UPS pickup with a UPS profile that you saved on the desktop.

1. Save a UPS profile in the Schedule Pickup window on the desktop. See Schedule Pickup.
2. On the phone, tap New pickup.
3. Choose the Pickup address, the Date, Ready from and Until.
4. Enter the number of Packages and the Total weight (kg).
5. Tap Review pickup, then tap Book pickup.

The app shows the UPS collection number. You cannot cancel a pickup from the phone. Cancel it with UPS.

Shipments and payouts

Shipments and payouts shows the sales that your desktop loaded. Use the filters All, To ship, Waiting for payout and Paid. To mark a sale as shipped or paid, use the desktop.

Account

Tap your avatar to open Account.

• Access: your plan, its status and its end date. Plans change on the website only.
• Devices & sessions: the phones that are signed in to your account. Tap Sign out next to a phone to remove its access.
• Help & diagnostics: links to the documentation and to support, and a Reference for support. The reference contains no logs, keys or passwords.
• Sign out: ends the session on this phone and removes the cached sales.

Delete account

1. Go to Account → Delete account.
2. Read the list of data that RestocksAIO removes.
3. Tap Confirm and delete.
4. Sign in again on restock.gg to confirm.

You can also delete your account at restock.gg/account/delete.

Requirements

• An active RestocksAIO membership. When the membership ends, the app shows your sales history only.
• RestocksAIO open and signed in on the computer that you chose.
• A recent version of RestocksAIO on that computer. Inventory, Compare, Tasks, Labels, Sales to confirm and Pickups need it.
• An internet connection on the phone.

Troubleshooting

Privacy

• Your marketplace accounts and passwords stay on your desktop. The app never gets them.
• The phone decodes barcodes on the phone. It does not upload camera images.
• The app has no advertising and no tracking.
• By default, the lock screen does not show the product or the payout of a sale.
