Connect SneakerAsk

SneakerAsk is a consignment platform. Buyers buy from SneakerAsk, you ship sold items within 48 hours, and returns go back to SneakerAsk, not to you. Not a consigner yet? Start with Become a SneakerAsk Consigner. Accounts are approved by application, and there is no open signup.

How the sign-in works

1. In your SneakerAsk account, open the menu and find your two keys: the auth key and the app key. The app key starts with sak_.
2. In RestocksAIO, go to Settings → Accounts, choose SneakerAsk, and enter your account email, the Auth key and the App key.
3. RestocksAIO checks the keys against SneakerAsk and creates the profile. There is no password login and no cookie import. The two keys are the credential.

Before you connect

Make sure:

• Your SneakerAsk account is fully set up: personal or business details complete, bank details provided, and your VAT status (VAT-0 or margin) agreed with the SneakerAsk team.
• You copied both keys exactly. RestocksAIO rejects an app key that does not start with sak_. If the connection fails, check that the two keys are not swapped.
• If you change the key later, connect the profile again with the new key. Your profile options are kept, and the new key replaces the old one.

What RestocksAIO uses the connection for

• Loading your live SneakerAsk listings into the Listings view alongside every other marketplace.
• Creating listings from inventory you already track, matched against SneakerAsk's catalogue.
• Price monitoring and automatic repricing through Bricker Mode, in the 48-hour express lane (see below).
• Detecting sales, using them in invoices and analytics, and marking sold orders as packed from the Unconfirmed Sales view.

The price lane

SneakerAsk sells each size two ways: at the standard price, and in a 48-hour express lane for buyers who want fast delivery. A listing that RestocksAIO creates is an express listing, so Bricker Mode prices your ask in the express lane. The app shows the standard price of the size for comparison.

Your ask is your payout: SneakerAsk charges no fee on top of the consigner price.

Multi-unit listings

A single SneakerAsk listing can hold several units of the same size. RestocksAIO shows that listing as one row per unit. A sale or a manual delete lowers the quantity, and the listing is removed only when the last unit goes. The units share the price. If you edit the store price on any row, every unit of that listing gets the new price.

Troubleshooting

The connection is rejected immediately. The key is wrong or was regenerated in SneakerAsk after you copied it. Your SneakerAsk account menu shows the key. Copy the current one and connect again.

A listing shows a blank or odd size. On SneakerAsk, sizes are plain text: EU numbers for shoes, letters for apparel, and a single one-size token for collectibles. RestocksAIO reads them all. If a size still looks wrong, the product is probably in the wrong category on SneakerAsk, and their team can fix it.

A sale appears on SneakerAsk but not in RestocksAIO yet. RestocksAIO picks up sales on the next sync cycle. If it never appears, check that the profile's connection is still valid under Settings → Accounts.
