There's no available proxies for the current assignation

The app is set to use proxies, but the proxy list it should pick from is empty - so no request can go out.

Solution:

• Add proxies to your proxy groups, or
• Turn proxies off in the settings if you do not need them

Proxy groups are saved in proxies.bin; see file storage locations for where the files live. Once the list holds working proxies, a dead entry in it shows as Status Code: None, and a crowded one as Status Code: Too Many Requests.
