Price sync and on-demand messages
What the messages of Price sync and on-demand sizes mean, and what to do for each one.
A Price sync rule lists every size it does not price under Not priced, with one state word and the reason in the Why column. This page explains those reasons.
The source price of the size is missing or too old. The rule does what you chose under 5 No source.

| No other-channel price for this product and size. | The same size is not on your other store. Choose another source, or list the size there. |
| This listing has no style code (it is not linked to a product), so it has no StockX price. | Link the listing to a product, so that it has a style code. |
| StockX ask is missing from the last price sync. / Flex ask is missing from the last price sync. | The ask comes from the price sync of the products in your Inventory. If the product is not in your Inventory, or nobody sells the size, there is no ask to read. |
| No StockX size matched this listing. / No single StockX size matches (size). | The size name on your store does not match one StockX size. Use a size name with its region, for example EU 42 or US 9. |
| StockX buy cost has not been checked yet. | Wait for the first read. It takes some minutes on a large store. |
| StockX does not list this style code. | StockX does not have the product. The size cannot be sourced there. |
| Nobody is selling this size on StockX right now. | There is no ask. The size is priced again when a seller lists it. |
| The StockX buyer fees of the buying account are not loaded. | Check that the StockX buying account is logged in, then wait for the next read. |
| No StockX account is connected to buy from. | Connect a StockX account in Settings → Accounts. |
| The StockX buying account is not signed in. Log it in under Settings, Accounts; it is tried again. | Log the account in. |
| The StockX buying account is no longer connected. Pick another on the rule. | Open the rule and choose another Buying account. |

A limit of the rule, or a fact the rule needs, stops the price. Nothing is written for the size.

| At (price) the payout after fees is (amount), under the lowest payout (amount). | The price is under your Lowest payout after fees. Raise the margin, or lower the limit. |
| The new sale price is over the highest sale price. | Raise Highest sale price, or lower the margin. |
| The new sale price would not be a positive amount. | Check Then add (amount). A negative amount is larger than the source. |
| The store fees are not known, so the payout cannot be worked out. | Reconnect the store account, then click Sync stores. |
| No exchange rate from (currency) to (currency). | RestocksAIO has no rate for this pair of currencies. The size is priced when the rate loads. |
| eBay marketplace is unknown for this account — reconnect eBay. | Reconnect the eBay account. |

| Offline on the store, it cannot be sourced | An active buy-cost rule made the size sold out on Shopify. It goes back on sale when the source returns. To put it back now, untick the rule. |
| Cannot be sourced — take it offline | The size has no source and is still on sale. Choose Offline: sold out on Shopify on the rule, or end the size. |
| Shopify does not track stock for this variant, so it cannot be shown as sold out. | Turn on stock tracking for the variant in Shopify, or end the listing. |

| Reverse rules chase each other — activate only one direction. | One rule copies eBay from Shopify and another copies Shopify from eBay. Keep one of them. |
