When a buyer favourites one of your Vinted items, RestocksAIO can send the buyer a message. If the buyer does not answer, it sends one offer some days later. The follow-up is in Chats → Favourites.

The favourites follow-up is part of the store channels in Premium and the Marketplace plan. It is in the macOS app and the new Windows app. It works for Vinted only. Wallapop has no route that names the buyers who favourite an item.

Turn it on

The follow-up is off for each account until you turn it on.

Open Chats → Favourites.
Under Favourites follow-up, turn on the switch of each Vinted account.
Write your message in 1 · MESSAGE.
Set the offer in 2 · OFFER.

Each account shows "On since …" with the date and time that you turned it on. A favourite from before that time gets no message.

How the app finds a favourite

While the app is open, it reads the Vinted notifications of each account every 15 minutes. A favourite shows in the notifications about 8 minutes after the buyer favourites the item. Vinted keeps the notifications for about 7 days.

The two steps

Step 1: the message

"When a buyer favourites an item, wait 5 – 20 min, then send a message." The app picks a random wait in this range for each buyer. You can set each value from 0 to 240 minutes.

The app opens a conversation with the buyer about the item, then sends one message.

Write up to 3 versions of the message. The app picks one version at random for each buyer. A version can use {item}, {size}, {price} and {buyer}. The app does not send a version with a value that it does not know.

Step 2: the offer

"If the buyer has not answered after 3 days, send an offer of 10 % off." You can set 1 to 30 days and 1 to 90 % off.

The app sends one seller offer, then one message. The default message is "La oferta sigue activa: {price} para ti." {price} is the offer price.

The offer never goes below the payout floor:

When the offer price is below the floor, the app uses the floor price.
An item with no Inventory link gets the message only, never an offer.
The offer stays inside the range that Vinted gives.

The sequence stops when

the buyer answers. The conversation then waits for you in the inbox.
the buyer buys, or the item is sold or reserved.
the buyer already has a conversation about this item.
the buyer got 3 messages from the account in 7 days.

Limits for each account

Each account follows up at most 40 buyers a day. Step 1 and step 2 both count. You can set a lower number in Buyers a day.
Above the daily limit, new favourites wait for the next day.
One buyer and one item get one sequence only.
The app writes to one buyer at a time.

When the session of an account expires, its follow-up pauses. Nothing is queued. After you reconnect the account in Settings → Accounts, the app reads the notifications again.

The activity list

The list shows each favourite: the time, the account, the item, the buyer, step 1, step 2 and the status. Use the buttons above the list to filter it: All, Waiting, Offer sent, Replied, Bought and Stopped.

Status	What it means
Waiting: message due in …	Step 1 waits for its time.
Message sent · offer after 3 days	Step 1 is sent and read back. Step 2 waits for the buyer.
Offer sent: …	Step 2 is sent and read back.
Replied: the buyer answered. The sequence stops.	The conversation is in the inbox.
Stopped: the item is reserved. / Stopped: the item is sold or not live.	The item cannot be sold to this buyer now.
Stopped: the buyer already has a conversation about this item.	The app does not write into an earlier conversation.
Stopped: this buyer got 3 messages in 7 days.	The limit for one buyer is reached.
Stopped: no offer passes the floor below the listing price (…).	The payout floor is above the listing price.
Today's limit is reached.	The account reached its daily limit. The favourite waits for the next day.
Paused: session expired. Nothing is queued.	Reconnect the account.
Sent, not confirmed: … Nothing more is sent.	The app stopped during the send. It never sends this step again. Check the conversation on Vinted.
